    Disney Infinity 2.0 set for August release


    Not played Skylanders mate so couldn't say. There is nothing to stop you progressing through the game if you don't have certain figures though. The only thing you will lose out on is some bits and pieces to build stuff with in the Toybox.

    Frozen has had some characters in Infinity already - Marvel looks like it will be leading the game next outing Disney Infinity 2.0 set for August release :)

    Ah right, I figured frozen would of moved to the next one with it only being released. Marvel can take the lead, I love them. Especially their cartoonish counterparts. I bet Iron Man will be the leader again lol. Do they use real actors voices for this Disney?

    Skylanders mate, wow. In number 1 if you didn't have enough skylanders you couldn't proceed. It sucked. The game was so easy but the last boss was made in a way that you needed a good collection of skylanders to bring him down. Well, for a kid anyway.

    Ah well I guess I can see why, what with how much the actors charge now a days. Downey with his 50 mil salary per movie -_-

    They have just officially announced that Infinity Marvel Super heroes will be coming this fall and all figures, power discs and toy box's from the original game will be compatible. It will be available on next gen consoles Disney Infinity 2.0 set for August release :)

    Yeah thanks for the links bro. Looks pretty epic. If it wasn't for the vast amount of games I already have to skin myself for, I may have considered getting it with just a character or two.

    Tbh Cloud you can just get the starter set on the 360 for about £32 now and it will have a fair bit of content. That gives you 3 "worlds" to play through each about 5-7 hrs playtime and then the Toybox to do whatever you feel like in. Where Disney are very
    clever, as always, is you do want it all, figures extra playsets etc lol!!

    They have stated that figures will be back and forward compatible, so all the figures should work in the Toybox on Infinity 2 and likewise my daughter will be able to use any figures from Infinity2 on the 360 - good job too seeing as we just booked another
    holiday to Florida in August where no doubt they will be tempting us non stop!!
