disney infinity 2.0 is not working

    disney infinity 2.0 is not working


    the issue is when i connect the portal to my console it just light up for a split second and the game don't detect it. i tried all the tricks i found with turning off/on the console. game works and the disc is okay, game installed properly. usb in my console
    works too, i tried connecting some othet things to it and it worked. i don't know what to do anymore. Is portal broken or sth? i will have the opportunity to check it on other xbox360 console on sunday, but until then i'd like to try to fix it somehow. Of
    course if it's possible. can anyone help me?

    Yes, it just has to be the same system.

    I bought Disney 2.0 base and it works fine with the digital download of 3.0.

    The reason 3.0 is available digitally and 2.0 wasn't

    Sorry to hear it. Please try a different USB port just in case it is your port. If that doesn't work then it may be the portal itself. Be sure to check the cords for tears or breaks. If the portal is dead you can check your local gaming store or second
    hand stores for another portal.

    Tried the IOS version of Disney infinity and I kinda like it. Also read up on SW Disney Infinity on Game Informer and looks really cool. May pick up the Xbox one Version of Disney infinity 2.0 to get started.

    This was a post stating that Disney Infinity 1.0 users will be able to download a software upgrade allowing us to play version 2.0 playsets.

    I am struggling to find this update in the XBOX store. Will someone please assist.
