    Disney+ Error Code 42


    Hey fellow insiders! For Disney+ I am continually getting Error 42 on my Xbox when trying to watch and it happens about every 3-5 minutes of watching. I’ve tried closing the app, disconnecting and reconnecting internet, and full console restart. I am also running an insider build on my console as well. Any suggestions?

To resolve the error, launch the Disney+ app on a compatible device or use a computer with a supported configuration to access Disney Plus. Ensure you have a stable internet connection"

    "Error Code 39 occurs because Disney Plus detects that your device doesn't have the required permission, or a secure internet connection, to stream its content. The message you will receive is pretty generic and it describes that the requested video is unable to play"

    The WiFi is perfect on other devices, plus when I test my connection from the Xbox it stays at 42 ping and 0% packet loss despite the error codes for connection issues

    I cannot post a link as I am using IE via my 360, but if you will search E42 here or via Bing/Google. You'll likely find a solution. Or you can simply Phone Xbox Customer support at 18004MYXBOX.

    I have done everything you guys have said to do. I have uninstalled then reinstalled the Disney Plus app and still get "Error Code 39". I'm not able to wait over an hour to speak to someone at Disney plus help. I haven't changed my DCHP and if that's the
