    Disney+ app stopped working


    I loaded the Disney+ app yesterday morning, and it worked as well as anyone's app did on launch day. Later that day, after a password changed through the mobile app, I tried to launch it again on the Xbox One and it started, ran for about 20 seconds, and
    then crashed to the home screen. The app had completely closed, and the home screen showed "Launch" again.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the Xbox One, and even power cycled the Xbox One, all in various combinations. After reinstallation, the app still starts, runs for 20 seconds, then crashes to the home screen. It never gets to a point
    where it asks for any login information, nor does it throw an error (not even "unable to connect.") The app works fine on my mobile device and on a fire TV elsewhere in the house, so I don't think it is an account issue.

    Why won't a fresh install even get past the loading screen, and what would cause the app to completely crash instead of throwing an error?

    Make sure there are no cloud saves for the app (I'm not sure if apps use cloud space). As the other user who replied said though, they were having issues with the service yesterday so it could have been Disney.

    The service itself is still having difficulties with demand. There were reports from Disney+ that they were working on the issue, Unfortunately, i don't have any links to the tweets right now.
