    Disney App broken on Series X


    Since the day I switched to the Series X I have been unable to stream from the Disney+ app. It still works on my old One X and the other devices with no problem but the Series X gives Error code 39. Disney tells me it is a connection error or internet
    service error. Microsoft says it's a Disney+ problem. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling / re-logging in. Changed the password and logged out all other devices, with no success. There is only one variable in the whole situation and that is the New Xbox
    Series X. All other streaming services work (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, HBO Max and YouTube) but the app that is being advertised on my Series X to sign up daily doesn't work with an account I've had working with no issues for a year. It is kind of strange
    watching Disney+ on my phone over WiFi while getting "Error 39" while on my direct connected Xbox Series X.

    I will have to wait until my dad go to sleep because he's on his Xbox series X now .

    I have powered cycle my Xbox series X and still it says that am on the home screen when am on Disney plus .

    Am at a total loss of what is happening with the apps

    I have a series x connected to a Philips Amerlight 65pus8535 I get 5he silver metallic screen playing x/s dedicated games and it also appears while using Disney plus app from my tv apps! Is this a problem with my tv or is it a Dolby vision problem, I have turned off the dolby for gaming and this worked but in the detail list on my Xbox series x it says that the dolby vision may experience distortion?

    Why is my Series X having audio issues?

    Audio issues here but only when streaming movies and shows on Prime Video and Disney Plus so far. The Series X sucks. The One X is/was better.
