Disney+ and Netflix flickering when watching something. XBOX

On either Netflix or Disney+, on the Xbox Series X. When starting to watching anything on either. The screen flickers, like I'm watching a bootleg movie on a vcr. No other streaming app does this. Doesn't happen on my One X. Ive tried clearing cache data, deleting the apps and reinstalling, factory reseting the console wiping everythingand not using my old settings at start up, Xbox support told me to get in touch with the third parties, I did both couldn't offer support.

Anyone else had this issue and solved it?

I understand that you have an issue in regard to your flickering screen while watching movies from your Xbox series X. We will first do our research so we can give you concrete answers about what is causing the problem.

This is an interesting topic of yours and I will be happy to provide you with further assistance. In order for us to better understand the problem, I would like to ask a few questions:

Is this working before?
Have you tried to watch movies from YouTube? if it has the same behavior?
Have you tried to check if the HDMI was tightly connected? if it is, then try to transfer it to a different port.
What are the changes made to the system prior of having the issue.

You mention above, you already performed most the important troubleshooting steps to possibly fix the issue, still the issue occurs. I made research and went to different website to gather information on how to correct it for you. You may try to apply the methods below.

Method A. Update the Television to the latest firmware.

Method B. Try to change the resolution rate to 1080p.

Method C. Force Shutdown the Television

It's the apps saying that am on the home screen when I watch Disney plus or netflix am at a lose with it the badge now I know it's a glitch

Same here, I tested and have Atmos everywhere else but disney plus. Im waiting for the fix so I too can watch starwars in 4k HDR and Atmos.

+1 -- Xbox One X - no Dolby Atmos on Disney+ content (The Mandolorian for example). Works great through Netflix and other services.

But the problem does not have with any other devices. Only when I open netflix or disney plus in xbox these flikkering is coming.
