    Disks not inserting


    My Xbox one is not accepting my disks I am putting in, all of my games and movies are not working, earlier it was taking a long time for anything to load, now nothing is able to go into the disk slot. Please help me out, a contact number or thought to help
    me out.

    xbox keeps saying clean disc unreadable

    flip it horizontal, keep ejecting and inserting, install to hard rive, most likely your drive is faulty not your disks

    Disk ejecting noise

    No disk looks to have been damaged, can't see any marks. Yes the sound is the same with Blu-rays.. its not a noise that happens whilst playing, its just when I eject the disk it sounds quite rough and not smooth like when inserting a disk.
