    about the optic unit

    This is not normal behaviour. You do not have to hold on your disk as it stresses the drive mechanism. If you insert the disk normally it doesn't work? You have this problem with every disk?

    Disk reading error..

    Hi. I have a problem wth my xBox 360.. it will not read a new Transformers

    disk.. I get an error and have to eject. ALL other disks work so I took the disk back to the shop.. it worked fine on thier xbox. A second disk still didnt work..same error. Do i need a repair?

    You would have to purchase the game digitally if you want to own it digitally. Asking for codes is not allowed on the forums.

    Go on your SP disk and click on MP then it'll tell you to change disks, do that, and see if it works, if that works, it's your MP disk that's stuffin up, apart from this, that's all I can help you with, apart from clean your disk. :|

    probably the disk, try another xbox to be sure, if it's doing it then the disk is faulty, if not... its the console not working. or just try another disk if you have any.

    Do you have this problem only with this game? Install your game on the HARD DISK and try again.

    if it's not working, then you have problem with the game disk, or problem reading any disk.
