    Disk stuck - manual eject doesn't work


    I wanted to watch a DVD, and the system tried to spit out the game disk that was already in, but nothing comes out. I have pushed with all of my strength using a paper clip, and that method gets no result either. What else can I do?

    Manual ejection

    Loaded a dvd, did not want to play. Eject it. Put it back, still nothing. Eject again before taking out retract itself. Now everything is stuck. Manual ejection doesn't work. What now?

    Contact buttons not working.

    The eject and the power button on my console aren't working. Is there any other way to eject the disk? My system doesn't have the manual eject orange sticker.

    It does sounds like the console may need repairs as mentioned by M3tal Daz3, but before you do that. Be sure to give all of the steps on our guide

    My disc tray won't open; have tried many things...

    Seems like to me the disc tray is stuck or the button has malfunctioned. There is a way to eject the tray in case you get a disc stuck in the system. Here is the links below on how to do it.

    Disk Drive Problems

    Sometimes the disk drive just wears out over time, if it reallgets stuck bad on you and you need it open to get a disk out follow the instructions here

    My suggestion is to get in contact with microsoft support on the phone and if your xbox is still under warranty you can have it fixed for free
