Disk region error

Hi, I have bough a new game - Just dance 2015 and receiving an error when trying to load it: Disc's region code in incorrect for this console. What can be done?

Look on the binding of the disc box. Does it say NTSC or PAL? (assuming xbox 360).

If it's PAL it will work in xbox 360 consoles in the UK and the rest of the EU and parts of Asia but if it says NTSC it will only work in North American Xbox 360s.

If you have a mismatched game and it's not the right one for your region that will not work in your console and there's no solution for that besides buying the correct version for your console.

where did you purchase the game from? , it seems you have purchased a game from a different region and it will not work on your console.

Microsoft has no obligation to fix this for you. You will have to exchange it at the store where you bought it and else, yes, the money is lost if you can't get the right version for your console.

Hi

As mentioned some titles are region locked, It may not be supported in your region. 360 titles are exceptionally picky when it comes to this. Same with digital purchases
