bonjour j'ai egalement ce probleme , cela fais environ 1 mois que call of duty ne marche plus , je peut faire la campagne mais des que je joue en ligne en multi je joue entre 4 et 6 min puis ecran noir cliniotant qui me ramene au menu multi et m'affiche
disc read errore imagefile62 .

que faire pour resoudre mon probleme car cela 1 mois que sa dure et c'est legerement enervent ?

So, after updating I tried to get to the multi-player menu. After getting through some syncs I reached the multi-player menu. Then my ghosts went back to the start and started syncing again! And again and again, so I deleted the game and tried installing
it with the updates. It got an error at 7% so I tried again with no luck. Then I tried while offline, and it got stuck at 8%. Then I factory reset it with no luck. So then I tried installing it offline then as soon as it got the error, I went online and
tried again without restarting the install. It finished and I had to then update 3.3 gb again. After that I tried syncing, which didn't work and told to try syncing again or playing offline. Trying again didn't work so I selected play offline. I then reached
the multi-player menu and I connected to the server and fetched the online profile. I then tried to join a game and it immediately booted me out and showed me disc read error imagefile62! I'm fed up with this ***

So every time I get an update for this game I have to uninstall and then reinstall the game after the update because of this constant image disc read error. I wonder if the tech's that do the troubleshooting realize that it takes a minimum of 2 hours to
install the game? Time wasted to sit there and keep an Xbox one on for almost 9 hours today because of the constant reappearance of the disc read error due to a "much" needed update... Hmm moderating a weapons firepower, damage or resiliency to kick is something
so important that you cause most likely thousands of Xbox one owners a days worth of hastle only for you to add another update a month later... Why couldn't you fix everything to a set format prior to the games release and just conduct server maintenance on
the suppliers end? Can't say its not possible because I believe bungie found it possible... This is the 4th time I've had to sit here and just run my Xbox one to install, uninstall, install, uninstall, install, uninstall, install, uninstall and install a game
that is pretty much too broken to be fixed anyway. My best advice, restore to default, stop adjusting weapon statistics and let its sequal make up for the mistakes that were made with this game. If there was a warning label on the Xbox one box that listed
known issues such as "Psst hey bud this system may seem smarter but just remember that the people who will adjust its framework are paid minimum wage and don't care that you have to spend hours of your time to get it to work" I guarantee you PS4 would have
been the choice I made. Dissatisfied customer #1,000,001 signing out and doing what others should and returning this thing so that dissatisfied customer 1,000,002 can waste his time and not mine. You spent so long developing this system, what happened!?
