    When I put my disk for Call of Duty WW2 it does not say anything or download anything

    xbox live connection failed

    What I do to trigger an update that won't download is Open your disk drive, Turn off the xbox(make sure disk drive stays open), Put disk into disk drive, Turn on xbox. This will close the drive and automatically trigger the download.

    You need to download the patch for every disk game

    Basically you put the disk in and it will ask you to download the patch

    500gig hard drive on Xbox One but how long wihllthat last?

    Makes no difference if download or disk, disk still installs on harddrive.

    all of the memory from the game is not on the disk but on the Hard drive inside the Xbox so yes it will.

    Yes. The download works the same as the disc version so your saves and DLC will work with it.
