Disk is stuck at 100% installation and won’t start

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get your game installed successfully. I can totally understand your eagerness to get this game up and running. If the steps previously posted have not resolved the issue with installation,
I suggest trying the steps outlined in our support pages entitled Troubleshoot game or app installation
problems on Xbox One and Troubleshoot slow game or app downloads on Xbox One respectively.

Hello! Here are two solutions from Xbox support: 1.) Clear your local saved games and try reinstalling the game,
and or 2.) take your console offline and install the game. Here are
the steps:

1. Step 1: Use your console offline.
2. Step 2: Cancel the download.
3. Step 3: Eject the game disc and power cycle the console.
4. Step 4: Install the game
5. If these do not help, or you simply need more help, visit https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/games/game-installation-process-stops

I too am having this issue. I can install the disk just fine. and play the game offline. but when installing the patch it gets stuck at 100%. and nothing iv tried fixes it

when u install a game it doesnt copy 100% of the disk onto the hard drive

iirc the entire video pation of the disk is ignored when you install it.

basically the entire start up sequence requires the disk, after it started running though the disk stopps spinning as the rest is on the HDD

Uninstall the disk and re-install it back to the hard drive and start the game Im not 100% on this but give it a try.
