Disk drive wont read any disks

Whenever I put a disk into the disk reader it says reading and then does nothing. What should I do? Plze help

Disk Drive Problem

hey, so I have had an Xbox One since Christmas and occasionally it wouldn't read the disk. Over time its got worse to the point I have had to take out of the drive and put it back in maybe 30 times, now it wont read any disk at all, what should I do?

scratched disk error on downloaded games

my xbox dik drive broke and wont read any disks so i thought i could download games and it would work. so i downloaded minecraft and works fine but skyrim and fable are also downloaded and they have a scratched disk error as soon as i launch them

There seems to be a hardware issue with your disc driver. You should send your console for repairs:

Having same problem. Bought from Amazon and disk drive has crunching noise and won't read or play any disks.

I'm not able to get any games on disk. My disk drive stopped reading disks after my warranty expired. Haven't been able to play hard disks in over a year. Paid 450 bucks for a slim, and it was a waste tbh.

What kind of hard drive did it come with.

Providing you are using the original hard drive if the error persists i would advise calling xbox support they should help you.

Also i have a problem a disk reading error the disk tray will jam if there is no disk in but if there is not problem.

Will it read other disks? Disk drive could be bad or on need of cleaning.
