Disk Drive error

Ok I'm majorly *** off I brought a Xbox one last year on day one now I have been having this problem for quite some time and no one else on the internet seems to have it either I've searched so many forums and threads and come up with nothing.

I am having a disk drive error where the Xbox one will not even let me put the disk into the console instead of pulling the disk in automatically when you put it near it, it just does well nothing the only possible way I would or could be able to put the
disk into it was if I forced it in which I have not and will not But I am very angry over this seeing my Xbox wont even let me put the disk in it and this goes for DVDS CDS and Xbox one games It will not accept anything and I just want to know if anyone knows
of a way to fix this that doesn't end in me sending it off to Microsoft to get it repaired for that's the last thing I want to do

I have a xbox one fat. Since the update last year, i have problem with my disk driver.

When i change disk or change a app for a disk , the driver dont execute. To execute i need press the button eject to Driver back to work

I want a help to solution this problem

I saw a few with this problem in the preview forum the only fix was a reboot press console button 8 seconds unplug for at least 30 seconds power up I will look in the preview see if I can find something

 

Found two tips

1 Turn console on then hit eject this as worked for some

2 Do the same but hold disk in slot then hit eject good luck mate

 

I forgot to mention that I tried both of those methods and alas nothing so I decided to call my local Eb games and was told I am able to take it back and they will exchange it for a new one seeing the 12 month warranty is still on it. Good thing all my games
are mainly online so I wont lose my data.

On another note I would love to see Xbox review their consoles a bit more before they release them seeing last gen had red ring now this gen has these disk drive errors.
