    So I have a xbox one And I've suddenly having issuies at first it started with games that was a download purchase they where not launching I would have to turn of my xbox to get them to launch I then started to get issues with my disk games just the odd
    one would not load comes up with disk error but it would play other disks and dvds now I can't get it to read any disk at all not even dvd and consequently having to reset or turn off xbox to get my downloaded games to work. Does anyone have any ideas I have
    done a reset and removed all accounts and done everything I can find online but nothing is fixing it. Its not storage issue as have lots of that and external drive to. Hope somone can help could there be a bug in the new update as it only started happening
    when the new update came out

    Just to update another issue I have wich I forgot about when a game or app that is already installed updates or I install a new game from online the installation constantly stops aswell also comes up with games to to long to load on online instaled games
    it just keeps getting worse can't evan launch apps like netflix or sky

    When you say "new update", is your console enrolled in the Insider Preview program or are you on the regular official system version.

    I've done the reset and it did not fix I cannot use report a problem as it refuses to load anything on the xbox at the min I can go through menu and setting but cannot open any game or apps at all so reporting at the min will not work thanks tho

    In such cases, whenever your console has issues, hold the Xbox button on the controller and press the button to send feedback when you have problems.

    By using that button, the console will gather some information and send that in with the problem report. That way then engineers can look at the issue your console is having and try to resolve it for the next update.
