No, I do not. I am 100% certain I claimed it on this account (I have the 1000 gamer score from beating it on this account!).

The copy I own is from the Xbox 360 "Games with Gold" giveaway August 16-31, 2014. All of the other Xbox 360 games I acquired through this giveaway are still possible for me to download and play since the Xbox 360 version of "Games with Gold" gave me ownership. I can still see the other games I own from this giveaway in my online game library. However, none of these games show up in the purchase history list you shared the link for.

Separately, for Xbox One "Games with Gold", it appears you need an active gold subscription to use these. That requirement is not in place for Xbox 360 games.

The first thing you will want to check is that you are in fact logged into the actual account that was used to purchase the game. (physical copies will not carry a digital license as well)

Now, the good news is, Microsoft provides all of their players with a fully detailed list of purchases that have been made through the lifespan of the account. At no time will our purchase history be altered and at no time will purchases be removed.

Can you please let me know what the status of your purchase shows up as?

I'd like if they do one now, like they are doing with Dishonored. Dishonored will get more sales because of the bigger install bases and when they do bring a sequel out on the next gen consoles, it'll be a better game. At least usually.
