Dishonored 2

Played 5 hours of this last night and continues the quality gameplay of the first one. Graphics are updated nicely and less of the watercolour/cartoon tint, stories great, locations are excellent and I can see there's going to be great replay value especially
as you choose which character to play at the start, my first playthrough I've opted for Corvo but looking forward to playing as Emily already. Pleased to say its got the same feel as the original and Im looking forward to returning to it later tonight.

Dishonored 2 pre-order

Morning all,

Wanted to clarify that when we pre-order dishonored 2 the dishonored definitive edition does not arrive until after dishonored 2 releases, correct?

 

I have not received Dishonored Definitive Edition for preordering Dishonored 2.

I preordered Dishonored 2 and on June 27,2016 and I was told it would include Dishonored Definitive Edition as a bonus, but I have not received it yet and it has been 12 days since Dishonored 2 was released.

 

So it has the Genchy seal of approval then ?

Will pick this up later as I did like the first one.

Odd thing is,i played that all stealthy yet I hate stealth games.

 

This will have to wait til Christmas time. Can't wait though. Let us know when you beat it and how many hours it took.

 

Over 25 hours in and still two missions to do, game is awesome if you love exploring and collectibles. So many options and routes to complete missions and loads of replay value depending on choices made. Then there's a playthrough with Emily to complete.
Last mission I did my powers were removed but replaced with a really neat option. Loving it! Picked up the Definitve version of the first game in the sale for £7.50 bargain!!

 

Exploration and collectibles? I'm in.

 

Finished it at about 35 hours, great game, Still got the Emily run to do!

 

Hey Genchy, I got the Ps4 version as a present which I'm happy with. Though I got the remake on the XB1 and it's a brilliant port, yes I'm on that spiral of same game both consoles again I also started with Corvo being a natural evolution I guess from
playing the original, D2 is allot more politically correct with killing people but the kill cam is too addictive! Corvo's comment like "He's not fit for the uniform" etc etc seem a little odd but better than sam getting pissed at you in the original game,
yes I killed sam.

 

LOL!! I havnt touched the first game on the One yet, picked it up in the sales and look forward to playing it through at some point!
