Dishonored 2 pre-order

I have pre-ordered Dishonored 2 digitally . I wanted to play the free Dishonored Definitive Edition in the mean time. How am I suppose to receive it? Have someone already received it, how long did it take? Did you received an email like Quantum Break
free PC version? Thank you.

Missing pre-order reward codes

Hi, I never recieved the pre-order reward codes for:

"South Park, Stick of Truth" from my pre-order of "South Park, Fractured But Whole"

and

My pre-order reward code for "Dishonored" from pre-ordering "Dishonored 2"

Morning all,

Wanted to clarify that when we pre-order dishonored 2 the dishonored definitive edition does not arrive until after dishonored 2 releases, correct?

 

You won't receive a code. You should see the price as free if you try to buy it in the store.

 

The problem is that I do not see it as free. Does it take time?

 

As far as I know, it should be immediate. But I know some people have had issues with other games with similar promotions, so I would give it an extra day or so.

Still having same problem. Tried to call service yesterday, they played ping-pong with me, one did not even know what is a pre-order! I am thinking of cancelling and buying it over Amazon.

As for your situation, where are you checking for the Definitive Edition of the game? Are you doing a search for it on your console? Have you checked on xbox.com for it? Let us know, and we can start from there!

 

I have checked both on the console and in xbox.com, both are listed at 29.99$. What I have seen odd is that the pre-order is not registered on xbox.com only on my console. And I have received the email registering my pre-order.

I am having the same issue I pre ordered South Park the fractured but whole and received the stick of truth immiedietly then my preview update happened with my entire ui changed and I like it a lot but when I preordered dishonored 2 I did not receive dishonored
one anywhere it is still listed $29.99 ca and I cannot download it anywhere any help with the situation is greatly appreciated

FrankieSab - If you do a search for the Definitive Edition, does it show up as able to be installed that way? For example, instead of going to just the Games list that has all of the games, click Search Games on the Game hub and then search for the Definitive
Edition specifically. Let me know if you were already doing that!

 

I am also having a problem with dishonored I said South Park worked dishonored did not. And I have created my own thread based on preview purchasing
