Dishonored 2 - Error in starting game

Hi, I recently have purchased disk with Dishonored 2 from store.

After I launched the game and developers' logos went through, the game prompted me to press button. I did, and after a few seconds of loading, game just freezed, and I was returned to the home screen.

I tried again, restarted the console, reinstall the game, make hard reset , but always with the same result.

Can you help me?

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with Dishonored 2.

I would say that if you haven't, to try the steps outlined in our Xbox One Game Freeze Solution for resolution on this kind of issue.

If that doesn't resolve it, another good idea would be a good idea to try a soft reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games
&
apps.

The 2 games I want a refund for are Max Payne 3 and Dishonored. MP3 is just so damn boring by disc 2, Dishonored is too short and the story is basically retarded.

I installed Dishonored 2 and it works just fine.

I’ve reinstalled FH5 again, still won’t launch with the same error message.

Another awesome trailer! I always start getting excited about video games again near E3 time, with Tomb Raider, Dishonored, Castlevania 2, etc. It's shaping up to be an exciting E3.
