    hello everyone,

    alright so let's start, i want to know why the following Microsoft employees have been unprofessional by wasting my time,dishonest,not paying attention to simple conversations, and most importantly making false promises?

    Story begins on March20th,2021 when freddy had contacted me about honoring a repair order for my gears 5 edition one x that has stopped working(turns off after 10min and wont eject the MW disk inside it), i fill out his form and we talk the next day. he comes off as a nice honest guy. he actually used to live here in cali and shared stories with me. end of the call comes and he promises me"i will be you're main point of contact,you can count on me to get this done swiftly for you and get you back to gaming asap" i thanked him as any decent person would. next few days were calm and silent.

    It is now march 30th i have purchased a series x from a trusted ebay seller(since microsoft doesn't want to do something about shopping bots on they're shopping sites and not give us any info on stocks) i am back to gaming but i still miss my limited edition gears5 one x.

    so now come april10th i get the one x back, and it is dirty and seems to have junkyard parts inside it. there is alot of dirt and debris inside and this is not the same clean mint condition console i had sent,They did not give me the disk that was stuck in it due to manufacture defect as well. I contacted support and they said "we will have our manager contact you within the day" no one contacts me. Side note, I have written on paper and provided a typed copy as well for the repair team to read the disk issue and to contact me if they can replace it with a new gears 5 console or just send a new standard one x back or if they will just put new parts in the shell. freddy has also stated he sent the same information to repairs. but no, repair team nor freddy updated me.

    on april 8th i contacted support as well about why i wasn't contacted and why a shipment was made already. like what?

    APRIL14TH ,now get this. i get a email stating the following"Upon checking here on our team about your device that is alredya out of warranty, our team suggest to bring your device to any local repair shops that is fixing some console and PC as well for them to check it as well. "

    LOL what??? freddy has already created a repair order and repair team has worked on it. this is just the beginning of the contradictions.

    APRIL15TH,i get a email stating the following"This is Mark from Xbox Support yesterday. I received an update to our hardware specialist who are working on your ticket.

    Our service center told us that "We don't have records of receiving any accidental accessories under this SR" The case number **** is came from Freddy"

    HUH? Both me and freddy have provided physical&digital notes to repair team warning them that there is a disk inside which wont come out due to manufacture defect.

    APRIL10TH,This is what mark paul said, this is not the same mark from the april15th email btw,that mark has the last initial C. Mr.Paul promised the following"I’m glad we were able to get your issue with your console that has a lot of dirt when you received from service center, and the disc game that got stuck from the console that not given back to you.

    During our session we escalate this to our hardware team and internal team to process the replacement for the Gears 5 limited edition Xbox one X, and replace the game as digital copy, if any case that the same edition of the game is not availabe on our end, we will going to give you the higher edition available on our end and we will going to give you the remaining amount as microsoft credit so that it will match to the amount that you paid for the disc copy of the game within the day. I transfer this case as well to one of our managers here on xbox so that you will be able to talk to them, and they will going to send you an email within the day."

    OK cool,so i will be getting a email within the day right? nah. i got nothing. those emails from april15th and april14th was all i got afterwards.

    APRIL15TH,I get a call from a rep named "adnane" this guy is just all over the place and kept stuttering on the phone. i can't remember the entire conversation but one main point is that he said" I created this case (when it was mark paul), and then he said his colleague sent me that email about the warranty being out and going to a pc shop for repair and i asked him who and then he said "it wasnt my colleague". yeeeah ok and it ended in him promising me the same thing freddy did"I will call you about if they can replace it with a new gears 5 console or just send a new standard one x back or if they will just put new parts in the shell. and i wont create a repair order without contacting you"........he created a repair order the following week and doesn't contact me. i have a hour long convo with text chat again,which i will link here in dropbox link or i can send the pdf to you if you want to see what we talked about.

    APRIL19TH,I get a call from anan and he just tells me he is giving me a refund of 59.99 for the game disk but nothing about the xbox system and i ask for his manager and he says "ok please wait" then boom hangs up. i get the following email from him"Hello, my name is Adnane and i'm from the Xbox support, i hope you're doing good. I would like to inform you that we have credited your Microsoft account by 59.99 USD to refund the game disc you sent with the console for repair.

    You should also know that I was really delighted to have solved your problem and that we will always be at your service." i reply to him saying he hung up on me and never got his manager on the line.

    The shopping bots is a huge issue and relative to the outage as well. Back in 2020 there was no issue with silicone outage but it was alot of scalpers using bots to buy them before customers buying legit with no bots. ms should be aware of this and attempt to stop this. they are the biggest tech company out there and should have knowledge on how to stop shopping bots coming to ms store where the series x are sold. i never had a issue with the ebay purchase so idk why you are bringing that up

    Now this doesnt change the fact that multiple microsoft employees have lied to me about multiple things like getting back to me on a specific time period,sending back the same console, etc.

    and its not even the outage is a issue for the one x i sent. They couldve easily just not made it dirty or whatever they did to have all this dust and debris go in there. They sent me back the same gears5 one x so im not sure how the internals got like that. This case is still ongoing too. Been open since april of this year. Microsoft is a joke.

    sorry that you had issues but you aint gonna get any resolution here, this forum is supported by other gamers and no support staff or managers from microsoft come on here. there is little we can do as we don't have access to anything as none of us work for microsoft.

    That's why you were supposed to not include anynaccessorirss or games.

    It's also not garenteed
    To be fair, the OP didn't have any choice on sending the disc given it was stuck in the console.

    Also they do give info on stocks of xbox series x you ain't watching the Twitter feed then that's how most companies do it but you gotta remember it is announced when they go UP not days before

    So you gotta.play the lottery like everyone else and hope you are fast enough

    People.have.been known to get theirnhands on them

    And fyi there is a pandemic going on and chip.shortage which is affecting supply and manufacturing even of cars
