    So heres the story right,

    I get a com ban on the 14/6, rightly so i used inappropriate language in a message being salty, and i copped the punishment. Im ok with this ive had my rant at the person im cool with it.

    Today the 16/6, i have been playing online with friends, on an entirely different account, havent sent any messages, or been able to communicate illegally on the said account, but for some reason i get a HARRASSMENT ABUSE & THREATS ban when i havent been
    able to communicate in anyway like that. So i see absolutely no reason as to why i shouldve recieved this enforcement, which is completely unfair, and false.

    Not to mention to top it all off, i am unable to use party chat or play any multiplayer service on my other two accounts on my console, which effectively i have been given a CONSOLE COMMUNICATION BAN which is completely uncalled for. SO WHY AM I PAYING FOR
    THIS ELITE MULTIPLAYER SERVICE, IF IT CAN BE JUST TAKEN AWAY SO EASILY AND UNFAIRLY, YET I DO NOT GET COMPENSATED FOR THE DOWNTIME. IM PAYING YOU FOR THE SERVICE, YOU TAKE IT AWAY FROM ME UNFAIRLY OR MAKE IT UN-ACCESSIBLE, I AM ENTITLED TO COMPENSATION FOR
    THAT TIME PERIOD.

    I now demand that something be done to resolve this disgusting issue, not to mention your customer service is terrible, the agent "Gabriel" proceeding to hang up on me while in conversation, and making out that the call line was bad. That is disgraceful
    customer service, and i will not tolerated being treated like that as a customer.

    This issue needs to be looked into, and be resolved as to have my other two associated accounts on my console, being returned to normal as they are not affected/included in my main account communication ban. I do not see how this is a fair way to treat a
    customer, who has previously always abided by suspensions as they were relevant and acceptable in that current time frame.

    I will be taking the issue of disrespectful customer support higher, to the appropriate ombudsman, and i hope to receive a reply to this post ASAP from a relevant Xbox support personnel who will be able to resolve this issue to the former situation.

    The Enforcement Team supports "report abusers" and punishes the innocent.

    It's been 2 weeks & a comment by a certain someone comparing the enforcement team to a notorious branch of the German army from WWII in another thread is still there.

    Disgusting really & no wonder these forums are dead.

    Inequality by Xbox Enforcement Team.

    Over the past couple of months I have been a victim of online harassment and online hate crimes against Homosexuals..

    I have been called a **** and have been told to commit suicide with step by step instructions on how to do it. Those people get on facebook and message me telling me "hope you enjoy the suspention ****.. microsoft dont give a **** about you" i log into my
    account and bang my account is suspended? This is the second time in 2 months that the same jerks have done this to me.

    I love how the "Enforcement team" will not ban or do anything to them. But when I stand up for myself I get a ban on my account..

    This is inequality at its best.. I am free over 21 and an American.. I have rights in this country that Microsoft doesnt give to craps about.

    I am doing away with my xbox one and all of my microsoft services. I cant continue to be bullied by the enforcement team and these 2 jerks that are getting away with calling me a **** and telling me how to kill my self..

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    For info on any enforcement action you have you need to go to the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    As per the ToU/CoC Microsoft have the right to suspended your account if you are caught violating the ToU/CoC,something you agreed to when starting your account.

    You are also not entitled to any compensation for any time lost,which is also something you agreed to.

    All investigations take time so if you receive a 2nd suspension while already serving your first suspension both suspensions would be for separate offences that happened weeks ago or even longer.

    It is extremely rare for a suspension to be issued instantly.

  5. 1. How can i be deemed to have broken this so called ToU/CoC when im already serving a suspension??? That would mean i have hacked the xbox system or something to send the so called harrassing, abusive, or threatening behaviour which i havent. So how is
    it fair that i receive a suspension, when im already serving one, especially when the original suspension means that i cannot send messages, or communicate with other players/accounts. Explain that one???

    2. This suspension has been issued instantly, especially when i havent been using the said suspended account since being suspended. Once again explain that one???

    3. When im paying for a service, and i am unfairly/illegally denied access to the multiplayer service of which i am paying for, I AM ENTITLED TO ASK AND CLAIM COMPENSATION. The fact that a) you are an ambassador and dont actually work for microsoft and b)
    that you think im not allowed that right as a customer, just shows the type of disgusting dictator culture thats on display here at microsoft/xbox. YOU CANNOT TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY ARE/ARE NOT ALLOWED DO IN THE REGARD TO COMPENSATION OF A SERVICE THEY
    ARE PAYING FOR!!!!

    I have submitted an appeal for the unfair/illegal suspension that has been enforced, which was enforced immediately on my account, which not only affects the selected suspended account, but has meant a CONSOLE COMMUNICATION/MULTIPLAYER BAN/SUSPENSION which
    no-where in the levels of suspension have i seen gets enforced, not to mention that the two other accounts have been affected by this, which is exorbitantly unfair and disgraceful as they are not, and should not be affected by said suspensions/bans.

    If said appeal does not get resolved properly to a satisfactory level (ie: getting the harrassment, abuse, threatening behavior suspension/ban removed), which i am rightfully asked to demand as it has been issued unfairly and illegally, and it is not dealt
    with satisfactorily, I WILL BE GOING TO THE RELEVANT CONSUMER AFFAIRS AUTHORITY HERE IN AUSTRALIA, AS IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE, AND IT HAS BEEN UNFAIRLY/ILLEGALLY BEEN REMOVED FROM ACCESS FOR MY OTHER TWO ACCOUNTS ON MY CONSOLE WHICH SHOULD BE IRRELEVANT/UNAFFECTED

    ummm because you do realize that a in getting a report it opens up investigation of your other interactions

    So if you trash talk bad frequently with out being punished

    And no it doesn't matter if you are in a group of friends

    It takes one valid report by them

    You can incur further punishment due to violations

    Just be human and use common sense
