    I've just been abruptly cut off chat support by a support MANAGER. I began talking to a young lady(Melody T) who wasn't really helping my situation and I also felt like she wasn't reading what I was saying, so I asked to speak to her manager. I was connected
    to Elaine Y who informed me she was floor manager of the support team. I explained how I was banned without knowing why and that I'd had communications bans before and got one two days ago but now I'd been banned from multiplayer and didn't think it was deserved.
    I had tried to submit a case review but for someone reason my computer wouldn't load the final screen and before a knew it I'd run out of attempts on the little questionnaire to get a case review. I explained this to the manager and the initial rep, both of
    which told me to wait 24 hours for more attempt. This frustrated me as there's no guarantee that in 24 hours I'll be able to load the final screen anyway. If this is the case I'll never get a review.

    Anyway, I asked if there was any way they could personally contact the Enforcement team via email, chat, phone or any other means of communication to ask them to look at my ban. She claimed no. This frustrated me further as I would expect a support team
    to go out of their way to see a user happy. This was not the case.

    I then explained that I was unhappy with the support I was being given and asked how I could proceed with sending a complaint. I was told "There is no complaints process, complaints are dealt with internally." I explained to the manager that the lack of
    a way to complain about the support is probably the reason the support is so poor. If nobody gets to complain then they probably all think they're doing the perfect job. While typing I then received 2 or 3 messages in quick succession and the chat closed.
    I wasn't done talking to her. It ended like this....

    Well I had a complaint and asked to be put through to yourself and quite frankly you've just frustrated me further. As a support team you should be going out of your way to keep your customer happy shouldn't you?

    how can I be banned for calling someone a pussy when that's exactly what they are. They send me a message & when I'm reading it turn around & kill me. Sounds like the definition of a pussy to me. Xbox needs to get their priorities straight & start going
    after the people who cheat & are shady. Not go after the people who call them out on it.

    Actually the chat support agent is right to answer that they can't do nothing about an enforcement act and once that was established you were just venting your frustration. No one can help you regarding a suspension, not the support agents, as described
    in the message you get, nor people at the forums. Frustrating as it may seem your only possibility it is to file for a case review in the way required here: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    Other than that the only suggestion I would give you is to read the Code of Conduct to avoid further suspensions: Microsoft’s Code of Conduct Explained for Xbox Live Customers

    people say on here? I was not aggressive in any way, I was just frustrated. I still refuse to believe there is no complaints process within the xbox community. It's ridiculous. Oh and as far as avoiding suspensions, I wont have to worry for long because I'll
    buy a playstation. Superior console and hopefully superior support teams and processes.

    If it concerns you, my ban was extended after i sent an appeal speculating on what I could've been banned for. However, I guess I'll never know, because they refuse to tell me. It's disgusting.
