Discussion Over Xbox Live's Enforcement and if it's Proper.

It does state in the terms of use that Microsoft does not need to give any warning nor evidence to why you have been banned or had your account closed. This is also what you have agreed to when signing up for a Microsoft Account.

Once you have been suspended all of your purchased content is non refundable, and you loose everything. If you have been hacked, you should always make a UA claim when phoning up support. This then gets investigated by Xbox/Microsoft.

 

So basically what you're saying is we have no rights to be able to play a fair game when the code enforcement team says it's ok to cheat and if you don't like here's a lifetime ban go get a Sony Playstation?

 

Yep its no longer the good old usa its a corporate usa and this is why im not getting xbox one. Im very happy playing a ps3 and ps4 where they wont restrict the silver membership. Im suprised MS has not gotten sued over unfair business practice for banning
people if they lose all their content that they paid for and yes outlaw the team is does not play fair. I have reported known cheaters and not one email telling me action was taken but yet sending email with a unknown link gets me a email responce from the
team. That tells me something is wrong with thier system or those people are showing favortisim.

 

Why am I the suprized in knowing that fact. It just proves how much people getting treated badly, it's like why I don't play games from EA anyone and when you stand up for yourself they send out an army of trolling idiots to get you to shut up, but that's
not for here

 

I'm suprized that I haven't been banned from the forums yet after all the problems I've been having over the last month, and with the automatic response I got from the enforcement team wich hasn't even helped at all with people posing as Microsoft employees
and the mass boots that have been happening as well. Why are these people treating people like dirt? Who are they working for? Microsoft or EA?

 

Ummm ps4 has restrictions

Ps4 requires actual paid membership

 

If you have anyone posing as an enforcer or worker unless it is xbl pet in their name you click yhe report button

You are not allowed to name ans shame

Same with other places

Oh really? You just don't care at all. Ya think it's funny for people to be trolled and and disrespected? Is that what you're telling me? Telling me and others just to keep our mouths shut and just pay for abuse. I don't think so.

 

I absolutely agree. For years I've been getting hate msgs, mainly the N word, and chose to ignore it. The other day I had enough & put a movie quote ( Be Cool quote by Cedric The Entertainer) on my bio, as I knew this particular racist read my bio. Anyway,
after a 2 hour bombardment from this idiot, I said nothing offensive and simply agreed with him/her telling me to go back to Africa, blah blah, until it actually became funny. They were clearly angry because I was agreeing and after a while went quiet. Within
hours, Xbox suspended my account because of my bio, and kicked me from the Preview Program. Luckily, the cash I had to buy Dark Souls, Doom, Overwatch & Battleborn has just become my new Ps4. So on one persons dislike, I wasn't warned, offered a defence, nothing,
just banned. Clearly 4 years of loyalty means nothing to Xbox, and the racists won. Thanks Xbox.
