Very true that, only a fortnight ago I managed to pick up Lost Planet 2 for the PC (but it has GFWL support) for only $10 from MightyApe. It's amazing how quickly games depreciate in value these days - it only released last year! One who refrains from
purchasing their favourite game on release and waits for sales these days would do very well indeed.



Anyways, on topic, I think I'll pick up one of the rugby games that are being released this year, albeit probably not on release (I'm not really buying into all the Rugby World Cup hype to be honest). However Rugby 06 was a great game back in the day so
I'm definitely interested in a current-gen sequel!

 

Games you're looking forward to...

There are a lot coming up in just the next three months that I'm interested, let alone the holiday period.



In August on Games for Windows Live there is Age of Empires Online which will be free to play. I've always loved this series and the beta was great fun.



September brings us Gears of War 3. I'm looking forward to the conclusion of the story but will probably spend some time with the multiplayer here too, another beta that was a hoot. Also interested in
WarHammer 40K: Space Marine (Kill Team is pretty good and available on arcade now) and I'm also going to grab
The Gunstriger. Keen to see how Twisted Pixel transition from arcade games to a retail title and it'll be a lead in for me for the Kinect titles coming around Xmas.



In October I want Batman: Arkham City (will probably get that on GFWL) and then
Forza 4 towards the end of the month.

I have a bunch of games I'm looking forward to as well. But I think the intended topic of this thread is "most" anticipated games. So I only picked my top 2. I could be misunderstanding something, though.

 

Agreed. Max Payne and Alan Wake are awesome games.

 

Well, if its only upcoming games than my list would be a lot smaller.

Division & Witcher 3 I wouldn't put on an upcoming list, but they are highly anticipated.

I'm just going to make a definitive list of announce games and that will be my main list.

 

for now Minecraft, least i know lots of hours will dissapear especially with larger worlds etc i can grab a good month or so out of it and see what E3 lines up for the future, interested to see some more of what has been announced so far (sunset overdrive,
halo, division etc) and obviously rpgs are always a buy so will no doubt grab witcher and dragon age when they come out.

 

my next game is watchdogs getting it because i like that it is open world and i like the outfit lol. i will get wolfenstein iv never played them before but i will get it but not in may. Sniper elite is a day one for me aswell. batman aswell iv heard rumours
its delayed till 2015 though. also the division but there are so many games coming out i want

 

Watch Dogs in the near future, it really does look special. Destiny and The Division and defintiely on my radar. Other than those I'll wait for release, and use Upload Studio and Twitch to decide my purchases, unexpectedly both services have influenced
my current purchases significantly.

 

Dying Light is all I want for now. The Witcher 3 as well.

 

Quantum Break, Evil Within and Batman Arkham Knight. Can't wait for all 3 of those games.

 

Until E3 ... Destiny is probably the game I'm most looking forward too .

 

Hands down Quantum Break!!! Other than that I would say Destiny and Dying Light.

 

TBH i aint looking forward to destiny i know activision will ruin them with there money grabbing microtransactions
