    Discs not loading AGAIN. Sent it to be repaired before.


    From launch of the Xbox One I was having an issue where the game wouldn't start first time. i would have to take it out and put it in again with a little force or turn the power off completely and then turn it on with the disc in. It got to a point where
    it completely stopped playing discs so I sent it off to get repaired before the first wave of decent games was to come out.

    I have had it back for a month now and since I downloaded the last preview update I am having the same issue again. The only way to make discs work is to put it in with a little force. If I just let it slide in nothing happens. I had to wait 2 and a half
    weeks when I sent it off and knowing that it isn't guaranteed to be fixed I don't know what to do. I prefer a disc rather than digital copy and hate the idea knowing that soon it will get to a point where it won't do anything.

    Repaired Xbox One Noise

    Okay, so I had an Xbox One and it started to have issues reading discs. I sent it to get repaired by Microsoft. After about 2 and 1/2 weeks my console returned, well at least I thought it was mine. They did not even repair my console, but they sent a brand
    new console. This would be perfectly fine if this new console did not make this extremely irritating noise that increases in intensity when playing a game. The console runs smoothly and reads discs fine, but it is very annoying having to listen to this obnoxious
    noise. And I refuse to send another console to get "repaired" only to be sent a different console that may or may not have a different issue. Any fixes to this issue?

    Forgot tho remove the Disc before sent it to repair

    I think, that your console will be returned with your game disc inside. I am not sure, but that's what I've heard. Cheers!

    I would contact Xbox support and just let them know so it is noted on your account, I do believe they will return your game disc either with the console when it is sent back to you or they will send it back in a separate envelope I wouldn't worry to much
    you will get your disc back.

    I would defiinately contact support and get your Xbox sent in for repairs before irreversible damage is caused to the discs or console.your disc drive is obviously misaligned causing grinding.

    My Slim had disc reading problems 3 weeks after purchase so I sent it away to get repaired and got it back a few weeks later only for it to Red Dot of Death. I then sent it away to get repaired again and have had no problems with it so far.

    I would send it back to repair!!!

    I'm surprised that you were able to get a disc back because it does state that any extra stuff sent wont be returned. Just open up a repair request again.
