Discrimination from Enforcement

I have recently been attacked for over 5 years by XLE or better known as Xbox Live Enforcement. Integrity is something that is not frowned upon. Why, when I go for a Case Review that it's always denied and the suspension is held. I just recently lost my
communication because of this. Microsoft is taking advantage of my Learning Disability and not taking the steps to care for the gamers rights that use thier platforms/consoles. In fact that I have been spammed between the 3rd and 9th ever so often as I keep
getting banned. Yet, my Reputation proceeds to be this.

hello i'm ok with you, enforcement = discrimination because i do discrimination for player a noob has 24H ban and a player of 11 Years = 14 days it's my reality i have 14 Days for insulte and other for the same are 24 48H of ban XBLPET and enforcement
is criminal because i do a Discrimination on players and i have sent this by phone and tchat at the support because in french the discrimination is criminal and punish by the code civile and penal

A breach of the Code of Conduct is subject to enforcement acts and has nothing to do with your rep. When filing for a case review keep in mind to always follow the instructions as explained here: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

When a case review is filed and the decision is upheld by XBLPET there is nothing else you can do and no one in the forums can help you.

Racial discrimination is not allowed by the enforcement team.You have not been racially discriminated.

If you want a staff member to answer you then you'll have to wait as they are all in the U.S. & wont be at work for a few hours.

You wont get a response from a member of the enforcement team though & that is who your question is directed at.

FYI,the word Daft has nothing to do with deriding mentally impaired people so no idea where you got that from.

I'm just demonstrating you can do this with just about any word. I have no problem with your tag.

also, you have no basis nor authority to tell me I haven't been racially discriminated against. You don't even know who the enforcement team is, nor are you qualified to speak on their behalf - and you should never tell someone how they should feel. This
is far past the gamertag, in essence they have said the my national heritage is offensive. This is clearly discrimination.
