discrimination and cyber-bullying

I applied for a case review for my undeserved lifetime ban and the

decision was upheld; I please implore you or whoever is in charge to

upturn that decision and please hear me out; 500 characters on the case

review isn't enough to give a full story.. I have spent so much money

and time on this account but more than anything, I have quite a few

functionality issues and Xbox helps me with that; my anxiety, eases my

fear of people, (psychiatrist says it's a healthy venue for

me), and has been helping me in my recovery since my mom's passing in

May of 2015. I don't care if people are trans/homophobic, but once it

comes down to them just downright bullying me and making me feel like

I'm being targeted just because how I sound which isn't right, and in

turn you all are making huge decisions based on minimal or faulty

information which isn't right either. I love all of my Xbox friends,

we're there for each other and they are truly aiding in my recovery but

that mental, and spiritual recovery is going to be impossible if I'm not

able to get my account back and I know that without this, I'm going to

be suffering mentally and spiritually so much more than I already am...

I'm unable to work because of these functionality issues so Xbox and

overwatch have been pretty much my only outlet, my only light in the

dark, and the people I have met

have saved my life and I can't lose that. this account and

all the people on it mean so much to me, I won't be able to recover, my

emotional distress and pain and suffering will become too great. My heart can't take anymore hurt and emptiness

Hopefully

the right someone actually sees this and does something or can help me

get my stuff back, i shouldn't be subjective to people's ill-intended

whims that affect me long term.

There are no free Gamertag changes anymore. You get 1 chance to change it in the first 30 days. Like Ngocphi stated use the tools on your console to report and block these people. Otherwise you will need to pay 9.99 to have it changed.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If they upheld their decision, there is no thing else that can be done.
