Discrepancy between reputation on my profile and on the Xbox enforcement website

Hello, I was sent here by xbox support staff with the promise of a possible resolution to my issue. So recently I was put into the avoid me reputation category and am unable to play the majority of my games online. My issue with this is that after getting
into avoid me I followed the advice on the enforcement page and played almost 20 hours of world of tanks over a weekend interacting with around 6,000 players and never being reported once. After doing this I went to the enforcement page and checked my reputation
which is the website says is in the good player category. However my profile states I am still in avoid me. I am very confused and could use some help here. Thanks

Hello, I have checked my reputation on the Xbox enforcement website and it says that my reputation is green. However, once I log in it says avoid me

On the enforcement page it also shows I am in good standing, yet on my profile it does not, so I am confused on the discrepancy there.

 

I'm guessing that it may take some time for your profile to reflect your most current reputation status. I don't know how long exactly, but I'm sure it's in the range of up to a few days.

If matchmaking is working fine for you (6000 players over 20 hours sounds like you're back in the green), and the Enforcement website is telling you that your reputation is good, then I wouldn't worry! Just keep playing as normal.

 

No, Internet Expert it is the other way around. The Enforcement page does not accurately reflect your rep and probably didn't reflect the avoid me status in the first place. The console and Xbox.com do show the real time rep. There have been quite a few
posts regarding this behavior on the Enforcement page.

If you show needs work or avoid me on your profile on the console and on Xbox.com then that is what your rep is.

Since these forums are Community forums, no one here can assist with the rep issue as most here are users like yourself OP. You will need to play more to get your rep into needs work or good player status. Xbox Support also can't help with rep but they will
send people here to get them off the phone or chat unfortunately.

 

Yeah,your rep on your console/profile is your true rep.

The enforcement site sometimes takes a while to sync up so it may show you as green when you are not.

It wont go up over a weekend & it will take longer if you just stick to one game.
