Discrepancy between Purchase date vs. Transaction Competion date

I am writing in regards to a digital purchase made in the beginning of January. I went to purchase The Solus Project which was recently on a Games With Gold sales promotion for 70% off. I browsed the sales on the last day of sales and made this purchase
then. It was supposed to be $6

Apparently the transaction completion date was several days after this on January 5th and my credit card was charged January 6th. This would not be a problem accept for the fact that this discrepancy of time caused me to lose the promotion price. Instead
of $6 I was charged the full price of $19.99

I spent several days going back and forth with Customer Support and was finally directed to post on this forum. I am looking for either a return of the item or credit to y account for the difference of $13

The customer support person told me that for whatever reason my credit card withheld the funds which delayed the transaction. I am unsure if this is trackable via your systems... I would be forever grateful if you could assist me with this issue.

Have Not Received 50,000 Reward Credits

Hello AKA Da BIZNESS,

From the FAQ for that offer:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.

Since your purchase was made on the 17th, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending. However, we do see that there is a discrepancy between our terms and conditions and our FAQ, and are reaching out to our promotions team for clarification on
this. Apologies for the confusion.

Pre-order punchcard - only 2 of 3 games registered

Hello again, from what I could see you're in Australia or I'm mistaken, if it is, australia has two years warranty for the consoles.

What may be happening is a discrepancy between the date you purchased the console and the date on the system, if that's the case you'll have to contact Xbox customer service via chat so they can do the procedure for you.

I have to say that after looking at all the comments that it is interesting how it is almost split down the middle between pre order vs. 3 games on sale. Myself I would go for the 3 games on sale and wait until a later date to purchase the game that I
considered to pre order. Gives me an opportunity to get some feedback from those that purchased the game. If I like what I see and how the reaction is to the game then I will purchase it, but the hype built up on pre order games never made me enthusiastic
to do so, let alone purchase the game at a later date.
