    Discounts with Gold are not working on my console


    About a month ago my Gold discounts stopped working on my console. Every time I select a discounted price of a game, it goes back to home screen and if I choose the regular price it goes to the payment options. I cleared the mac address, reset my console
    without deleting the games and apps, reset my console deleting everything on it (restoring my profile after that), nothing resolved the issue. I have my gold privileges only when I log in from a PC. Can anyone help me?

    As I said, the rest of the offer are there to me. The quote you are using is refering to the games under Xbox Live Gold Members offers, which offers were introduced on Friday 28, like Fifa 15, who is 50% off to Gold Members, and is NOT avaliable to me as
    it shouldnt be, because im not a gold member as you are saying.

    However, the offers Im talking about are from 25 to 1, and are for everyone. As I said, I bought Gears of War 1 with his discount without any problem, and Gears 2 appeared with the same discount on Thursday. The problem is Gears 2 is not showing the discount
    anymore, and it should be, as it is listed in the offers page.

    And as you can see, cbc1980 is a gold user, and the discount is not showing to him neither.

    I am unable to complete the order with the discount it still shows full price. I am not so much concerned about the discount on live I really just want the DLC for the game. The chat agent I spoke with said they could discount the gold membership if the discount
    did not come off but couldnt tell me 100% if I would still be getting the DLC since the offer does not seem to be working right. They told me to reach out here. This deal ends tomorrow so I am really needing to get this taken care of ASAP. I do not have an
    active gold subscription and they have verified my account should be eligible. Please help.

    an additional discount works with gold, and You have additional discount for games in XGP, but I'm not really sure what XGP discount works with games on sales

    Xbox Gold benefits not working while I have Game Pass Ultimate

    Same problem here. First i tried claim the games with gold and didn't worked. Tried support via chat and they addded the game on my library. Then i tried buy one game with the Deals with Gold discount and not worked. Contacted support again today and they "made" the purchase for me with the respective discount and charged me only the promotional price of the game.

    It's really annoying. The Live Gold subscription is not working about a month now. My case is still open with microsoft and i encourage everyone who is trying to buy games with discount to reach support via chat and request the game with the promotional price.
    Update: I've contacted support again via chat and they cancelled my subscription and reactivate it. It's the second time they did this and now IT'S WORKING. The person at the chat told me that since yesterday, doing this method helped all te users so i recommend everyone with this problem to contact the suppor via chat.

    Now i can buy the games with gold discount and claim the games with gold.

    Update 2: I noticed that now the Game Pass discounts on games are not applying. The Live Gold discounts are working but the Game Pass discounts aren't. I still can play game pass games and play on the cloud, but the discounts are broken.

    What Gold features are you trying to use with the account?

    Be aware, that only Multiplayer and Party chat will work. You will NOT be able to get the Gold discounts or free Games with Gold on the non-Gold account, even if the console shares the Gold of the gold-owning account.

    Same thing from me yesterday. I guess I will lose the gold discount for Spec Ops: The Line
    I've lost a discount too but in the chat they "made" the purchase for me with the respective discount and charged me only the promotional price of the game. They billed my credit card automatically. They can do it for you too so you don't loose the discount.

    Update: I've contacted support again via chat and they cancelled my subscription and reactivate it. It's the second time they did this and now IT'S WORKING.
