Discount Sale disappears when i log in?

So my friend saw a discount for Xbox live 3 month subscription & I wanted to get it, so i went out to purchase a $15 gift card from EB Games & redeemed it. When i went on to the site and searched for it, the offer disappeared. When i log out and see if
the offer is there, it still is. Can anyone help?

I was hoping when it went on sale they would discount the DLC.

Ms nor Sony can control pricing they can only compensate the publishers for sales

Used disks have nothing to do with digital sales

Also should be noted most of the time ms or sony publisher sales usually have deeper discounts when it comes to publisher sales

Promotions are sent to different accounts for different reasons, so they're not always available to everyone. The ads on the dashboard also refresh so it may just show up at another time.

 

Before i redeemed my card i checked and it had the offer. Once i redeemed my card the offer disapeared. I Also want to pay for my overdue subscription with my 15 dollars, which is why i bought it but its telling me to add a new way to pay, in which i don't
want to.

 

It's not possible to pay for an overdue balance with a Microsoft account balance. Which you would have to pay that off before you could take part in the promotion anyway.
