Discount EA Access is not active

I bought the game FIFA 16 and
EA'm Access subscriber,
but did not have the 10% discount.It can reverse
the difference was paid the most?
And I also did not receive a
copy of the game Plants Vs Zombies, I can only
play because I'm EA Access
subscriber, but it appears the option to buy
at a discount, usually, does not appear
the option to purchase a game I already have.

Fifa 17 Super Deluxe Edition 20% off pre-order discount not working

Hi, I have been trying to order the FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition and have found that I can get a 20% pre-order discount from £79.99 to £63.99 on my Xbox One.

- The first 10% off is from owning the previous FIFA, FIFA 16, and can be accessed by clicking an option in FIFA 16. This takes you to the store and applies the 10% discount- this part works.

- At this screen, you are offered the option of another 10% off if you have EA access (£63.99 price is shown on screen). I have an active one-month subscription (purchased for £3.99).

However, when I go back into the store, it does not recognise that I have purchased EA Access, only applying the loyalty discount and giving me an option to buy for £71.99 and subscribe to EA Access, so not recognising my active subscription. I also find
that it isn't possible to complete the pre-order via the EA access console app.

When I look via the xbox.com website (not Xbox one console) - the EA Access discount works but not the loyalty discount (which I can only get through the console).

As the £63.99 price is on screen on the Xbox one console, the combination of the two 10% discounts is valid

Please can you provide me with instructions on how to fulfil a pre-order at £63.99 (i.e. with both 10% discounts applied)

Not sure Titanfall ever will come to EA access. It might but they are excluding Titanfall from all EA access features according to the EA access website. I think those features are the discount EA access members get on EA games purchases and discounts
on DLC. Maybe Respawn did not want it included. I guess there is still the possibility it will come but I bet it will not be until Titanfall 2 at the earliest.

 

If you purchased the contents via Xbox Store, then you will need to contact the Xbox Accounts & Billing Department via:
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us or 800-469-9269 for further clarification. If it's directly from EA then you will need to contact their support via: www.ea.com. This way, you will be able
to isolate the case if the said discount is still active or not.
