    Discord voice chat on xbox don't have permissions


    So I have used the discord voice chat on xbox to talk with my buddy on pc just fine the past few weeks a few hiccups at the beginning nothing major, but all of a sudden the transfer to xbox button is grayed out and it says "I don't have permission to access this in this channel" it's definitely not that I don't have permissions to access it, as it was working just fine a few days ago not sure what the problem is.

    Why cant I see the 'Volume options' column in my volume and output settings? (Xbox Series S)

    I have gone through and given my account the correct permissions to be able to change the settings that I cannot see (the ability the use voice chat and participate in voice chats). I connected my xbox to discord. I also fiddled with a few settings like audio being played through both the headset and tv speaker to just the headset and turned off noise suppression for discord on the xbox. The only other thing i did was install Forza Horizon 5, Sea of thieves, and start the installation for Forza Motorsport 7. I just got the console today and these are the only things I have done.

    Have you tried getting everyone into an Xbox Live party for voice chat?

    What about using another service all together for voice chat, such as discord?

    Is anyone who is joining in the Xbox Insider program?

    There is no setting to record Discord voice chat. As Discord voice channel audio can’t be broadcasted through Xbox live streaming either

    When did this issue start to occur?
    Is this the first time you're trying to use Discord voice on Xbox console?
    Did you make sure that you transferred the voice correctly? Please note that switching between Discord voice channels on console is not supported. You'll need to retransfer audio from Discord again to switch to a new voice channel.
