Discord voice chat doesn’t show up on my Xbox

I can’t get ‘Discord voice chat’ on my Xbox, all my friends have it on their consoles, I have linked my accounts many times but it still doesn’t work, I have the original black xbox one, all my systems are updated. On the discord link on the xbox it says ‘show xbox status on discord’ but on my friends or other peoples it says chat with friends or something along them lines. I was hoping for a solution on how to get discord voice chat on my xbox. My privacy and account settings are also customised so everything should be fine
