Discord status not working? Might've found a solution

So I'm hoping a discussion will be in the right category for this and help bring more light to this as it's not a question but I couldn't share my solution in the other forums as they were locked. I know that looking around throughout the forums many people were having issues getting their Xbox status to show on discord. I was one of these people as well, but i might've found a solution that has to deal with the Xbox insider program. Now all my discord settings were set up so that it would show my status of what i was doing, Spotify works I'm sure and that's really the only thing besides Xbox to show my status. When i was looking at forums i noticed some mentions of the Xbox insider app and people having them. So I went to check it out on my Xbox. I can't say for certain if those other people having issues were enrolled in the Xbox update preview but I was. When I unenrolled from it however, my status started showing up on discord. So I believe that previewing the updates before they actually release somehow messes up it showing your Xbox status on discord. I really hope people who are still struggling and are going through with what I went try this out to see if it works. I can't 100% say this was the fix but it did start showing up right after i disabled the update preview. Sorry for this really long post and hope anyone with the same issue gets theirs's fixed.

Just for more information my console is the Xbox One S so not sure if different consoles will matter or not
