    I know many people have asked many times but with cross-platform Microsoft should let us use discord as an alternative to xbox chat as this would allow xbox players to communicate with pc, ps4 and mobile players this would bring the different platforms
    together and at the end of the day gaming is not supposed to be about what console is better but the ability to play, share and have a laugh with different communities not just a locked platform

    Can't link my discord with my xbox

    Same problem for me. I was in discord on xobox and tried to invite someone to a lobby and it kicked me out and shows an exclamation relink account for discord on my xbox. Discord works fine on phone app and shows that discord is linked to my xbox in my app on phone but I cant use discord on xbox

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with linking your Discord account to your Xbox. Please try the following steps to fix the problem:



    1. On your Xbox, go to Settings > Account > Linked social accounts and unlink your Discord account.

    2. On your PC or mobile device, open the Discord app and go to User Settings > Connections and disconnect your Xbox account.

    3. Restart both your Xbox and your Discord app.

    4. On your Xbox, go to Settings > Account > Linked social accounts and link your Discord account again. You should receive a code on your screen.

    5. On your PC or mobile device, open the Discord app and go to User Settings > Connections and connect your Xbox account. Enter the code that you received on your Xbox.

    6. On your Xbox, launch the Discord app and try to join a server.
