Discord on xbox issue any known fixes?

While talking to friends on different platforms during saying sentences and talking it seems my voice has to be quite loud to pick up. Is there anyway to increase my mic sensitivity?

Along with that my friends say I cut out sometimes mid sentence. I've tried everything I know so far to fix it, is this a known issue that hasn't been fixed with xbox discord?
