Discord Nitro With Game Pass Ultimate

Back in December when I got Game Pass Ultimate I got a few things I could redeem for like EA Access, Spotify Premium, and Discord Nitro. Well I actually already redeemed for EA Access but never did for Discord Nitro. And I was wondering if I can still
do it or get a way to do it. I already contacted customer service about it and they told me to come here and post it here in forums to see someone could help me out here. Because I now wanna redeem my Discord Nitro.
