Discord/ Microsoft Ambassadors Shadow Banning And permanent Illegal Banning

I was just Shadow banned from Microsoft Ambassador Program because I posted a link to your EA Play website free tickets on the Microsoft Discord App . A person messaged that works for Discord App owned by Microsoft I saw them they actively Shadow banned
all my text and post for EA play The employees Profiles name On Discord Is
[Mod Removed - See Guidelines] I have the screen recording of the whole conversation. The Microsoft employee was bragging about banning people who support EA He banned me when I told him that him and other employees of Microsoft and Ambassadors of
Xbox and Twitter influencers were targeting and banning people on purpose for fun because they following them as well as if the don’t agree with anything you say or political point of views. They have a secret Admin Chat that only for Microsoft Ambassadors
and Othere 3 party companies and employees. I just called Microsoft to complain and said I have evidence against Microsoft employees doing illegal computer hacking and Shadow banning. I have no way to contact you because your Ambassador
[Mod Removed - See Guidelines] made sure that I am permanently Ban from Xbox can you please reach out to me and I can send you the screen recording I have of evidence of Shadow banning. This all started when I post A link For the EA Play June
8-9 in Hollywood California Gaming event it was free tickets while they last Teal then started banning my writing texts and conversation we had so there is no evidence this happened around 2pm May 7 I asked to speak to a Corporate supervisor or a IT security
team for deleting all my post or responses from anyone. I wanted to report this issue to corporate. While texting in the private room I went back to the lounge on Discord app several High level Ambassador where bragging about how they hated young kids and
they trolled them and had there Twitter Account and Xbox Account banned I as well brought this up and again I requested to talk to some from Corporate. So when I reported illegal activity by Microsoft and Discord Employees I have been Banned from The Xbox
Ambassador Program for requesting to talk to a Supervisor and doing the right thing reported Abuse and fraud and to commit harm against other personal including my self. Maybe someone from Corporate can explain my videos on my page where your so called non
employee “[Mod Removed - See Guidelines] ” profile name On Discord committing banning on my profile

Might want to contact Microsoft Legal Department in this regard as it is a serious accusation. Aswell as Discord support.

There is a lot of mis-information here. A lot to digest, but lets lay down a few things:

The Ambassador program has rules across their services, and if those rules are broken, you can be removed from the program. Depending on the violation it could be a timeout in chat, to removal from servers to removal from the program altogether. There
are rules established, and a large number of community members that the Ambassador Staff work tirelessly to support and grow across the entire world.

And as for Discord, Microsoft does not own Discord, and the Ambassador server is just one in who knows how many, and the moderators of that forum can operate it as they see fit, which would include enforcing the established rules.

Additionally, the Enforcement Team are the only ones who can take action, review, or comment on ANY Enforcement Action, and that team is separate from the Ambassador team. So while they can remove you from the program and areas of different platforms where
they operate, they do not have authority to enforce bans or suspensions on Xbox Live or Discord as a whole.

So if you were removed from the program, or blocked from a certain portion of the program, it's likely the case that clearly established rules were broken, and warnings did not suffice in preventing the behavior.

That said, if you think the actions were unjustified, then I would present the case to the Community Manager you were assigned in a clear and concise manner to have it looked at further and investigated. The Ambassador Staff, while not huge for the amount
of work and support they perform, have people in place to support and prevent unjustified actions, and I would almost guarantee that they do not have 'lone operators' to impose sweeping actions across the entire program.

I would suggest you contact Microsoft Legal as throwing allegations around on the forums, is not going to achieve anything.

to go to the correct channels via the
Enforcement website for any bans or suspensions on Xbox services.
