Discord keeps saying relink series x

So I was in a discord party literally yesterday. I've been using it consistently. Today I try to start it it says I need to relink my account. I have done this now on the app discord app and my xbox series x. None of it has worked I have deleted and reinstalled all apps and it still won't connect me to discord voice. I hit the agree button and it loads and then does nothing. Everything to be working except for the connection to my xbox please help
