Discord for PC user on xbox ultimate

I signed up for the 3 months of game pass ultimate deal in November but have not received anything for the 3 months of Discord Nitro. I already have Spotify and EA Access Premium so not expecting anything for them. I've been patiently waiting for something
to arrive via email or on the xbox for PC beta app as I've seen other posts saying wait 10 days but nothing has arrived as yet. Could I have my code now please?

With great difficulty. Managed to tonight by going through the help options and finding one that gave online chat as an option. I used Subscription and Billing > I need help purchasing content. Still waiting for my discord nitro
code and had to submit a video to try and prove I've not already had it. Not hopeful of getting this resolved tbh.

Spoke with agent and they advised should surely be with me by 13th December on email or via message in the app. Nothing appeared as yet so will see what happens and then contact them again. Thanks.

how did you get through to an agent because whenever i try to contact them via the get help app it always wants me to talk to an xbox ambassador

Thanks for your post. I understand you are looking to retrieve your codes for the current Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. These codes should be sent to your Messages from Xbox Live on the Xbox Beta App. If you haven't received them, you may want to use the
Contact Us portal to speak to an agent for an update on your order.

If the code came to you through Discord, you would need to contact Discord regarding it. Remember that the Gamepass Ultimate trials that come with Discord can only be redeemed by users who have never had Gamepass ultimate before.
