Discord account on xbox can't relink

Every time i try to open the discord voice chats on my xbox it tells me to relink my acount and when i do it goes on mircosoft edge and opens a page saying connecting, then it says it is done, then it will bring me to the settings app and tell me that my account hasn't been linked. My account has always been linked and now has suddenly unlinked and i have both the discord and xbox app so i linked my account on moble but when i click transer voice to consle my xbox gives me a screen saying please link accounts and i have tried everything to fix it but nothing is working.
