Game pass sucks.

You remove games without proper notification, you constantly ask me to sign up for game pass even though I'm ALREADY A MEMBER! I can't download games that are a part of game pass without circumventing the game pass store(I have to go to the game in Microsoft
stoRE for it to recognize that I'm a game pass ultimate subscriber) WHAT YEAR IS IT MICROSOFT? Microsoft is great at taking your money, but giving you the product you paid for month after month is not in their vocabulary.

How on earth should it be the paying customers responsibility to check in with Microsoft to see when games are removed.

There should be LARGE BOLD LETTERS on the game page that says when its leaving game pass. Even better, start a grace period: once the gamer logs into the game after it's removed from the library give them a 14 day Grace period to complete the game.

I am personally discontinuing game pass after yesterday. I was playing Wolfenstein (xbox wasn't connected to the internet) one second, then my box connected to the internet and recognized the game I was playing wasn't part of game pass anymore. Literally
pulled out of the game mid mission.

I am a casual gamer who signed up for game pass thinking it was a digital library I could add games I want to play later since I don't have as much time to play anymore. THERE IS EVEN A SECTION OF GAME PASS THAT SAYS PLAY LATER?!?! You would think Microsoft
would want more gamers like me who plays one or two days a week and hardly downloads anything.

Well Microsoft, you just burnt that bridge.

Xbox Game Pass is more like a rental service than a place for you to create your own library. You can still create your own but you will have to buy your games. For myself the service is great for trying games out and then seeing if the game is worth keeping
or buying. Best bet if you want to save some money is to try the games out on Game Pass first and then wait for a sale on your favourite game, Microsoft is very generous with the sales, so usually you can snag a good deal.

There's usually a months notice.

there is a section in gamepass that states leaving soon, gamepass is like netflix.

the app on the pc is a front end for gamepass, it still downloads the games through the store, have you checked to make sure you are signed into the xbox beta app with the correct credentials.

as a further note, research is your friend, it states in the agreement when signing up to gamepass that games are removed and new ones added, they usually give 2 weeks and sometimes 4 weeks notice in the leaving soon area.
