So today, I am without injured on my base where purchase I did not Kinect where me was "forced" to buy this device which I didn't want.
For me, this is limit the scam or even false advertising...

Je voulais faire part de mon mécontentement, j'ai acheté la console xbox one day one avec Kinect obligatoire.

Aujourd'*** j'apprends que prochainement la xbox one se vendra sans Kinect, si je connaissais cette information j'aurais attendu 1 ans pour acheter ma console sans Kinect.

Le jour de mon achat day one, je me suis dit pourquoi pas, Microsoft vente les méritent de Kinect comme une révolution et énonce que ce périphérique sera indispensable et indissociable de la console.

Je me dis pourquoi, je fais confiance Microsoft qui ne m'a pas encore déçu jusqu' maintenant (j'ai eu la xbox, xbox 360 et xbox one).

Donc je pars sur mon achat en pleine confiance en croyant Kinect et de ses nouvelles fonctions !

Aujourd'*** après quelques mois, je ne suis pas totalement déçu de mon achat mais Kinect ne m'est pas du tout utile, je ne m'en sers seulement pour dire, "xbox diffuser" et rien d'autre.

Et je me rends compte que payer 100€ de plus pour dire cela m'embête plus qu'autres chose pour rester poli...

Donc aujourd'***, je me sans lésé sur mon achat où de base je ne voulais pas de Kinect où on m'a "forcé" acheter ce périphérique dont je ne voulais pas.

Pour moi, c'est limite de l'arnaque ou même de la publicité mensongère...

Oui parce que la société a venté les mérites de l'accessoire mais qu'au final, pratiquement aucun jeu n'utilisent Kinect . Ses fonctionnalités, sont pour ma part des gadgets.

Si j'étais en connaissance que Microsoft allait encore revenir sur ses décisions concernant Kinect j'aurais attendu pour acheter la console sans Kinect...

Mes collègues avec qui je joue ont le même sentiment "d'arnaque" et pensent sérieusement changer de console tout comme moi.

Choisir une console qui, pour le moment tient ses engagements de next gen mieux que Microsoft notamment avec la résolution des jeux et les images par secondes.

Jusqu' maintenant, je soutenais Microsoft et préférais largement la xbox, aujourd'*** j'ai des doutes et je suis déçu. Kinect me déçoit dotant plus que je n'en voulais pas...

J'ai sur xbox one plus d'une douzaine de jeux, je fais partie des béta testeurs des mises jour et participe xbox rewards.

Kinect types and versions

As far as i am aware there is kinect for xbox 360 and kinect for xbox one. I refer to mine as a day one kinect for xbone and assume others refer to v2 as kinect for xbox one rather than 360. Afaik the original kinect released with xbone is the current version

Yes well, I bought the day one of my own volition console but I did not think that Microsoft would proposed 6 months more before a console without Kinect.

I wanted the xbox one but I did not want Kinect, Microsoft more than promoted are peripheral to convince us of its usefulness. Today I did not I use of the product and in addition he left of Kinect!

I'm frustrated, disappointed and I feel "scammed".

Microsoft had to do something to reduce the price of the Xbox One to be inline with the PS4, and the only thing they could do was to unbundle Kinect.

 

I quite agree on the policy that the company must take to improve its figures.

But from the point of view consumer I feel totally injured, and I hope that Microsoft will think the Day one purchaser because I think that is are those who are loyal to the brand.

Other things, do you find it normal that one XBOX on without Kinect is more powerful than that with Kinect?

I am not my console itself, complaining even if it has some bugs and I would love more graphical game and more than claques. I am still disappointed when I learn that the ps4 to always better resolution and frames per second that the xbox one, watch dogs

Truth is for all you that feel kinect was forced, your wrong. If u wanted the x1 at that time you had to pay for the kinect. NOBODY made you buy it. For those that did you got a good and smart piece of kit. For those that bought it and boxed it u lost the
100$. In any case no one is owed **** for decisions that they made. Isn't that like a do over? A thing that doesn't really exist?...

 

Do you really think that the Kinectless version is going to drive sales up by much because I do not. Most of the people who complained were PS4 fanboys who had no intention of getting an Xbox One. I do not see this as a way MS are going to suddenly sell
way more consoles. I see this more as a marketing move and giving people the option which looks good. For people who wanted an Xbox One that did not want kinect, were not forced into getting an Xbox One because they wanted it. They were however, forced into
getting kinect (if they did not want it) as there was no option to buy a kinectless bundle.

 

I hope it doesn't hurt the Kinect and its future to be honest. I have high hopes for it. The question now is, how will kinectless Xbox One users be able to make use of things like Xbox Record That? They need to implement some new button sequences to trigger
the commands, maybe that's why there is a delay in retailing the console?

@Puddin, I agree that this won't drive sales. I think that with the 360 install base they're trying to capitalize on those gamers that haven't bought one.

@Cloud, dunno how it will affect non kinect users but you can always SNAP the upload app while playing. Just quick select UPLOAD then hit record then quick select back. There's no stop tho, unless u stop it. Seems what most will have to do...
