    Disconnects When Playing Games With Kinect!


    Every time I wanna play a kinect game (Zumba, Just Dance etc) it seems to keep on disconnecting to live. It isn't my connection because I stream radio & game when playing PVZ: GW and nothing ever happens, Just with kinect titles. If possible please patch
    this (if it even can be) because every time I restart my system it connect quickly.

    xbox says its disconnected from xbox live when im useing wired network

    My xbox 360 kinect says its not connected to xbox live sometimes when i am playing my games or just sitting on the dashboard its disconnects and ive been using wired network idk what to do D;

    Ki will not let me use controller when fighting in any modes. If I disconnect kinect it say I must reconnect to proceed in playing the game. Have I done something wrong or can I change settings in the home screen.

    I am also experiencing this issue in 2018 on Just Dance, XBox One. Is there a resolution to this?

    I would try power cycling your Xbox
    How to restart or power cycle your Xbox One console.

    Also, try unplugging your Xbox from the power supply / power cord in the back of the xbox for at least 5 mins.

    After 5 mins, plug in your Xbox and power it back on. See if that helps.

    If that doesn't help, I would try uninstalling / reinstalling the games.
    Uninstall Xbox One games or apps to free hard drive space

    I would try power cycling your Xbox

    Hey there Fastball,

    Are your controllers disconnecting only when playing a Kinect Game or is it just overall when you're playing any games on your Xbox 360?

    I would advise going through the "Xbox 360 Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" support
    article to troubleshoot this issue.

    It occurs when the kinect is disconnected and after doing a reset with the kinect disconnected. We are in Wisconsin and is rather dry this time of year. Our previous Kinect on the old Xbox 360 worked just fine.

    My Sons Kinect is disconnected now and I can confirm there's a constant message in top right of screen ... "Kinect Not Connected" ... it disappears though when in-game.
