Disconnects from party and game - error code 0x89231806 and 0x89231804

So, ever since I got my Xbox One for Christmas in 2013, I've been getting randomly disconnected from both the party and any game I'm in. I've gotten different error codes (0x89231804 and 0x89231806) and it says "Your network settings are blocking party
chat." This has happened at my home, at my dorm in college, and in my apartment now, so all different ISP's, routers, modems, etc. Right now I have an open NAT with 70/mbps download speed, connected through ethernet cable, so it's not the internet that's the
issue. I've talked to Microsoft support at random times throughout the 3 years and tried literally everything, even factory reset. I only get disconnected when I'm in a party chat and a game at the same time, if I'm not in a party I never get disconnected
from games. Has anyone ever heard of this and knows anyway to fix it? Support told me to send it in for repair but I'd really like to not be without my Xbox for more than a month. Any help is appreciated!

Sorry to hear it. The error codes do suggest an NAT issue. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it 10 seconds until it shuts down. When it is off unplug everything from it and let it sit for 5 minutes. During this time
power cycle your modem/router by unplugging for 10 seconds.

When it is back up and running reconnect the wires on your console and power up again.

If that still doesn't work then you may need to contact your ISP for more assistance or try using an ethernet cable if your are connected wirelessly
