    I'm experiencing disconnection from xbox live with my Xbox One Elite on a regular basis. Probably 2-3 times in a 4 hour session. Normally I would expect it to be a router issue, but I have a second xbox one 3 feet from this one that has none of these issues.
    I will disconnect from live for about 20 seconds and then it will allow me to reconnect. There is no error message. I get a strong signal to my router with 0% packet loss and average 80mb a second download and even higher upload. My router logs no issue and
    the disconnects happen with or without a 3rd party headset attached to my controller. The console does not get overly warm and ventilation seems good.

    Okay, thanks! Disconnection issue :)

    However, it's not letting my "delete" my account, it says there's an error or something but I'll try tomorrow whenever I get on and try it again and see if it'll let me do it.

    Tried it about a half hour ago, deleting ONLY THE PROFILE, clearing the system cache three times, and recovered my account! I started up a game and obviously got an update for the game since clearing out the system cache basically deletes all updates to
    games then went to Multiplayer (Did this Call of Duty 4) and before it would sign me out of my account and Xbox LIVE but thanks to the help, I have not encountered this problem again. So if anyone else reads this and has the problem I had, do what I did and
    I guarantee it'll work. I was skeptical at first because, you know, who wants to delete their account? But hey, you have to do what you have to do in order to fix this. By the way, I'm positive it's not a problem with your accounts or system or anything, just
    Xbox LIVE being poopy, that's all. Disconnection issue :)

    Also, I should add that we play overwatch almost exclusively. I disconnect from the game, i get a message that I need to connect to xbox live and when i go to the dashboard it resets.

    Hi, please try all of the following and reply back.

    1. Clear your XBOX 360's System Cache. Instructions found here. When you're done try to launch whatever game your having this
    issue in and see if it still occurs.

    2. Delete your gamer profile off of the XBOX 360 and then download it again. Instructions can be found here. Deletion instructions
    can be found on the bottom of the page (make sure when you are following the directions to delete the gamer profile that you DELETE PROFILE ONLY and not Profile and Items, this is VERY important). After you've done this step try to connect
    online again with any game and see if you are signed out again when launching the game.

    3. Check your XBOX 360 storage device to see if there is any sort of corrupt or damaged files on the hard drive. You can do this by going to XBOX 360 Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps > Look through all of the games your
    having this issue on and see if there are any files in there that have a damaged icon next to them (looks like a yellow exclamation mark). Check to see if this problem still occurs by launching a game and see if you get disconnected from XBOX Live.

    Brosky, you need to make sure that all the router functionality is disabled in that device. I have seen where some of the router functions were still attempting to function causing the NAT to be moderate/strict.

    Greetings, x Itz Suicide x. It seems like there may be some restrictions based on your college network. Your best bet would be to contact your campus' IT department and see if they can forward ports to grant you access to LIVE. Here are the ones that need
