disconnection from Xbox live every 5-6 minutes

My Xbox live is disconnecting consistently every 5-6 minutes via house WiFi. Other equipment connected to house WiFi (4 items) do not have this problem.

I have renewed Xbox live on the 05/01/17 and have been a customers for the last 3 years with no serious connection problems other than this. I have my own ISP (Virgin Media) with no problems of any sort.

Anybody have any ideas?

X1 Desperate Help !!

I'll start up a game and in about 5 minutes or so my controller disconnects. I've figured out that every time I see my controller disconnect, that live actually disconnects as well. Does anyone know how the controller and live are related? I need a fix desperately!! I never had the problem before only started about a month ago. Don't know why I'm getting disconnected from live

I get disconnected from ea servers every 5 minutes

My gamertag is . I play NCAA Football 12. Tonight i have been getting disconnection from ea servers every 5 minutes. I also get booted from xbox live party non stop. Is my xbox or account hacked? I have not had this problem before. It started
happening about 6 pm tonight. I have received 3 losses in a row on my record because i get disconnected every game i enter at random times in the 1st quarter or before kickoff.

There could be a few things causing your Xbox One console's disconnection issues. So that we can cover all bases, please check out this

Xbox One Disconnection Troubleshooter and run through all the steps. Keep in mind, having 4 devices connected to one router may be the source of your issue, as not all network hardware is meant to support that much. Let us know how it goes

I am having the same problem with Virgin media Superhub 2! It keeps disconnecting every 5 mins all the time, I can't actually play a full game of anything!! I've been searching over the net and followed the steps but can't find anything that works so far!
Any suggestions?

Hey mate, it's certainly odd that you're being disconnected from LIVE only when playing New Vegas. However, as this game doesn't support online play, you may want to just stay disconnected while playing.

Check the surface on the disc to make sure the disc has no solid scratches on it. Delete any DLC's associated with this game and try reinstall the game to drive.

Sorry to hear about your problem. I would recommend trying the Randomly Disconnecting troubleshooter:

It has several steps for wireless disconnecting issues. Please let me know if this helps
