Disconnecting Xbox Live every 10 minutes...

I'm really having a annoying problem on my Xbox 360 which is Xbox live keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes... My internet is good, my NAT type went from open to moderate.

I'm not using wired connection, I am using Wireless.

If anyone needs more information just ask, I kind of feel that I haven't posted enough info.

I have same issues. My 360 disconnecs every now and then. My modem is working fine. Its frustrating.

Random Disconnect guide to make sure your network fulfills the requirements to stay connected and to possibly alter your current connection in order to avoid future disconnects.

That Random Disconnect Guide didn't help, if you want to know the information such as download speed here it is:

Ping: 32MS

Download Speed: 4.43MBPs

Upload Speed: 0.90MBPs

I've done what the guide told me to do but it doesn't help, my nat type is always moderate, where as the wired connection is always open but it still disconnect from xbox live.

There are some unfinished downloads that I cannot finish due to the disconnection.

May I ask if you would have the option to connect wired with your console, instead of wireless connectivity? This would make it easier to find out if your current connection type is actually the culprit, to where your console is getting disconnected from
Live, or not.
